Over 40 customer service technicians at four branch offices and additional service centers – TERRA professional machine fitters, electricians and electronics and hydraulic specialists - are on hand to serve you in person.

When needed, one of our over 40 customer service technicians in their own mobile workstation – a customer service vehicle with a multitude of original spare parts and replacement parts on board - will be on the way. Through our strong service network, we can be at your location within a short time. Even when you want your vehicle to be modified or rebuilt, for example, due to new operating conditions, our customer service technicians will be “your man” on the spot. And for larger, more substantial reconstruction or general reconditioning, our headquarters workshop is available for you.
